1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended by 1-2 additional business days. We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
United States
• Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $4.99
• Expedited Shipping (3-5 business days): $9.99
• Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $14.99
• FREE Standard Shipping on orders of 2+ caps
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours of shipment.
You can track your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or by logging into your account on our website.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
RELIFYY is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
International customers should be aware that cross-border shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges.
5. Damages
RELIFYY is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us at hello@relifyy.com within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:
• Check around the delivery location for your package
• See if someone else accepted the delivery
• Contact your local post office or carrier
• Contact us at hello@relifyy.com
We will work with the carrier to locate your package. If the package cannot be found, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
7. Wrong Address
If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
