1. Our Promise
We stand behind our product with a 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee. We know you’ve been burned by products that promised relief and didn’t deliver. That’s why we’re taking all the risk.
If RELIFYY doesn’t give you the relief you’re looking for, return it for a full refund. No questions asked.
2. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. This gives you ample time to try the product during multiple migraine episodes and evaluate its effectiveness for your specific needs.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be within 30 days of delivery
• You must have your order number or proof of purchase
• The product can be used — we understand you need to try it to know if it works
We do NOT require:
• Original packaging
• Unused condition
• Any specific reason for the return
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start your return, please follow these steps:
• Email us at hello@relifyy.com with your order number
• Include “Return Request” in the subject line
• We will respond within 24-48 business hours with return instructions
• Ship the item back using the prepaid label we provide (US orders)
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
• Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
• PayPal: 3-5 business days
• Shop Pay / Apple Pay: 3-5 business days
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Photos of the damaged/defective product
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
We will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, at your preference.
8. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
• Items marked as “Final Sale”
• Free gifts or promotional items
• Items returned after the 3
0-day window
