3. When You're Charged
Standard Orders Your payment method is charged immediately when you place your order. You will receive an email confirmation once your payment has been successfully processed.
Pre-Orders (if applicable) For pre-order items, your payment method is charged at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated on the product page. You will be notified of the estimated shipping date.
Subscriptions (if applicable) If you subscribe to any recurring service or product, your payment method will be charged automatically on the billing date specified at checkout. You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your account settings.
4. Currency & Pricing
Currency All prices on our website are displayed in USD. If you're purchasing from outside the United States, your bank or payment provider may convert the charge to your local currency at their prevailing exchange rate.

- All prices are inclusive of the product cost
- Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout
- Taxes (where applicable) are calculated based on your shipping address and displayed at checkout
Price Changes We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. However, any price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
5. Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to states where we are required by law to collect it. The applicable tax amount will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on your shipping address.
For international orders, you may be responsible for additional customs duties, import taxes, or VAT imposed by your country. These charges are not included in our pricing and are the responsibility of the customer. See our Shipping Policy for more details.
6. Payment Failures
If your payment fails, you will receive a notification at checkout. Common reasons for payment failure include:

Note: Buy Now, Pay Later services are provided by third-party companies. Their terms, conditions, and approval criteria apply. Late fees may be charged by these providers if payments are missed. RELIFYY is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by Klarna, Afterpay, or Shop Pay.
8. Promotional Codes & Discounts
Applying Discount Codes
- Enter your promotional code at checkout in the "Discount Code" field
- Only one discount code can be applied per order
- Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated
Discount Code Restrictions
- Codes are valid only during their specified promotional period
- Some codes may have minimum purchase requirements
- Codes cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders
- Codes are non-transferable and have no cash value
Price Matching We do not offer price matching. If a product goes on sale after your purchase, we are unable to refund the difference.
9. Refunds & Chargebacks
Refunds Refunds are processed according to our Return & Refund Policy. Once approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal and digital wallet refunds typically process within 3-5 business days
Chargebacks If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@relifyy.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We're committed to resolving any concerns quickly and fairly.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in the customer being banned from future purchases and may be reported to fraud prevention services.
10. Gift Cards (If Applicable)
- Gift cards are redeemable only at relifyy.com
- Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or returned for a refund
- Gift cards do not expire
- Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced
- Gift card balances can be applied to future purchases if the order total is less than the card value
11. Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive:
- Order Confirmation Email — Sent immediately after your order is placed, confirming receipt and payment
- Shipping Confirmation Email — Sent when your order ships, including tracking information
